Migrations off other clinical infrastructure providers cluster around the same three triggers. Most prospects we talk to are dealing with one of them acutely, with the other two as background concern. We do not name names. The structural patterns matter more than the brand on the contract.
Most of the partners we are speaking with about switching are doing so for structural reasons rather than feature reasons. Beluga shares the complete pricing structure during the scoping call, before integration begins. You see per visit pricing, pass through pharmacy costs, and the full economic picture before you sign anything. We take no revenue cut from your customers and do not add fees after integration.

What switching
looks like.

Three phases over 4-6 weeks. Your existing provider keeps serving traffic until cutover, so there is no downtime and no disruption to existing patient relationships.
Phase 1. Discovery and contracting (1-2 weeks).
We map your current clinical, pharmacy, and merchant setup, identify what Beluga can absorb versus what you keep, share the complete pricing structure, and lock the contract. No engineering work from your side yet.
Phase 2. Build and parallel integration (2-3 weeks).
API integration, protocol customization, dashboard provisioning, end to end validation in a staging environment. Your existing provider keeps serving production traffic during this window so nothing breaks. Your support team is live in Slack from day one.
Phase 3. Gradual traffic shift (1-2 weeks).
Patient transition with continuity of care. Returning customer routing. Historical data handling. We coordinate with your legacy provider on the handoff so patients never see a seam. Monitoring runs throughout.
